• Coordinate and manage funeral services from start to finish, ensuring all details are handled with care and respect.

• Work closely with religious leaders, embalmers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless farewell process.
• Manage funeral logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation, using our funeral management software.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all funeral services.
• Provide compassionate support and counseling to families during their time of need.
• Stay updated with local regulations and best practices in funeral services.
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in funeral services or a related field.
• Deep understanding of funeral customs, traditions, and local regulations in Bali.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide compassionate support to families.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in using funeral management software and other relevant tools.
• Valid certification in funeral directing or a related field is a plus.
