As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel's operations, including guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and finance. This is a crucial role that requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and management skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the overall operations and performance of the hotel.,Manage and develop the hotel's staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Implement and monitor the hotel's policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.,Control and monitor the hotel's financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting.,Ensure the hotel's health, safety, and security standards are met.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain guests.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of successful hotel management and leadership.,Strong financial management and analytical skills.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and local language is a plus.,Knowledge of hotel management software and systems is desirable.
