Hub Space Sentosa is looking for an Assistant IT Support to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues,Maintaining and updating IT systems and software,Installing and configuring new hardware and software,Monitoring network performance and security,Assisting with IT projects and initiatives,Ensuring compliance with IT policies and procedures,Providing training and support to new employees,Documenting IT processes and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related role,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems,Familiarity with network protocols and security best practices,Good communication and problem-solving skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus,Basic knowledge of programming languages is a plus
