📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise branch staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch operations and efficiency.,Monitor sales targets and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage inventory levels and ordering processes to minimize waste and maximize profitability.,Conduct regular training sessions for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Promote the brand and products to attract and retain customers.,Collaborate with other branches and departments to share best practices and support initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the retail industry.,Proven experience in leading and managing teams.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems.,Experience with data analysis and reporting is a plus.
