Point Direct Lestari is seeking a dedicated and experienced Captain to join our team. As a Captain, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests while overseeing the operations of our vessel. This is a full-time position located in Nusa Dua, Bali, with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the safe and efficient operation of the vessel, including navigation, maintenance, and emergency procedures.,Ensure the comfort and safety of passengers and crew members.,Coordinate with the crew to ensure smooth and timely departure and arrival.,Maintain and inspect the vessel to ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Handle passenger inquiries and concerns, providing excellent customer service.,Monitor weather conditions and make appropriate adjustments to the voyage.,Ensure all necessary documentation and permits are up to date.,Participate in crew meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.,Valid Captain's license and other relevant maritime certificates.,Strong knowledge of navigation, vessel maintenance, and safety procedures.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.,Good physical fitness and health.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Previous experience in the tourism industry is a plus.
