📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of medical supplies and equipment.,Manage and maintain accurate inventory records to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Ensure timely delivery of supplies to various departments within the hospital.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for restocking as needed.,Assist in the development and implementation of distribution policies and procedures.,Conduct regular audits of inventory to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.,Collaborate with the Distribution Officer to achieve distribution goals and targets.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace to facilitate efficient distribution processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with suppliers and team members.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and standards.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to travel within the region for distribution purposes.
