📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems and networks.,Support end-users with IT-related issues and provide technical assistance.,Monitor and manage IT assets and inventory.,Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives.,Collaborate with the IT team to ensure system security and data protection.,Provide technical support to remote and on-site users.,Assist in the development and maintenance of IT documentation.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Good knowledge of IT infrastructure and networks.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a must.
