Field Assistant - Sustainable Agriculture (Bali)

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the implementation of sustainable agriculture practices, including crop rotation, organic farming, and water conservation techniques.
• Conduct field surveys and monitor crop health to ensure optimal growth and yield.
• Provide guidance and support to local farmers on best practices for sustainable agriculture.
• Collect and analyze data on crop performance and soil health to inform decision-making.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of agricultural tasks and projects.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills in sustainable agriculture.
• Assist in the maintenance and operation of agricultural equipment and tools.
• Support the development and implementation of community-based agricultural programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in agricultural fieldwork or related roles.
• Strong understanding of sustainable agriculture practices and principles.
• Familiarity with agricultural software and tools such as AgriSoft, FarmLogs, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with farmers and team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for fieldwork.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
