We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Waitress to join our team at Warung Dian Mart in Seminyak, Bali. As a Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and ensuring that our customers have a pleasant dining experience. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in-store and remotely, providing flexibility and convenience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.,Take and process orders accurately and efficiently.,Ensure that the dining area is clean and well-maintained.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.,Assist with inventory management and restocking.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waitress or similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian and English is a plus.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Ability to lift and move objects up to 20 pounds.,Must be available to work hybrid schedule, including evenings and weekends.,Must be able to pass a background check.
