📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control systems and procedures.,Collaborating with various departments to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement.,Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Providing guidance and support to other departments on internal control matters.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of internal controls.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of audit findings and actions taken.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal control frameworks, and auditing standards.,Proficiency in using audit software and spreadsheet applications.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting and auditing regulations.
