As an Inventory Control Specialist, you’ll be at the core of our operations, managing stock levels, optimizing inventory turnover, and ensuring that our products are available when and where our customers need them.

In this role, you’ll use industry-standard tools like SAP ERP, Excel, and inventory management software to track stock movements, forecast demand, and implement strategies to minimize waste and maximize efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and manage inventory levels using SAP ERP and other inventory management software.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Forecast demand and optimize inventory turnover to minimize excess stock.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely receipt and allocation of goods.
• Implement and maintain inventory control policies and procedures.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth inventory movement and storage.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure product availability and meet customer demands.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory control or a similar role.
• Proven experience with SAP ERP or other inventory management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with retail or logistics industry is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to different locations in Bali.
