📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and update inventory levels using our inventory management system.,Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.,Process purchase orders and manage vendor relationships.,Work closely with the sales team to ensure products are available for customer orders.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inventory transactions.,Identify and resolve any discrepancies in inventory levels.,Assist in the implementation of new inventory management processes and procedures.,Provide regular reports on inventory levels and trends to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory management or a related field.,Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.,Strong organizational and analytical skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Attention to detail and accuracy in work.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

🛠️ Keahlian

Inventory management software (e.g.SAPOracleor similar).Microsoft Office Suite (ExcelWordetc.).Basic understanding of accounting principles.Problem-solving and decision-making skills.Time management and prioritization skills.
