📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.,Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.,Monitor system performance and ensure data security and backup.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and software.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the overall health of the IT infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.,Familiarity with network infrastructure and protocols.,Experience with IT security and data backup procedures.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
