This is a full-time contract position with a competitive salary of IDR 2,828,000 - 3,000,000 per month.

In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing technical assistance to employees, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT systems. You will work with tools like ServiceNow, SolarWinds, and Microsoft 365 to monitor and maintain our IT environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.
• Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems by implementing and enforcing security policies.
• Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems.
• Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery exercises to ensure data protection.
• Document IT processes and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Certifications in ITIL, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are a plus.
• Proficient in using ServiceNow, SolarWinds, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems is a plus.
