In this role, you'll work closely with our finance team, using tools like QuickBooks and Xero to manage day-to-day financial operations. You'll prepare financial reports, reconcile bank statements, and assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements. This is a full-time, onsite position, perfect for someone looking to build a career in accounting.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and record daily financial transactions accurately using QuickBooks and Xero.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial accounts on a regular basis.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Support the finance team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
• Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably in a fast-paced international environment.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Xero, with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of Indonesian language is a plus.
• Valid work permit for Bali is required.
