In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent to support our company's growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job postings and promote vacancies on various job portals and social media platforms.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify potential candidates.,Schedule and conduct initial interviews with candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather job requirements and feedback.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).,Provide support to the recruitment team during peak hiring periods.,Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events and job fairs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,0-2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Ability to travel to different locations for recruitment purposes.
