📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily karaoke operations, including scheduling and staffing to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Manage a team of 15-20 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of service.
• Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Monitor and maintain karaoke equipment, including sound systems and microphones, to ensure optimal performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with the management team to address any issues or concerns raised by guests or staff.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
• Promote a fun and inclusive atmosphere, encouraging guests to enjoy their karaoke experience to the fullest.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the entertainment or hospitality industry.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and staff.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Familiarity with karaoke equipment and software, such as Singing Machine or Karaoke Pro.
• Knowledge of Indonesian and English languages is a plus.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus.
