📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Ensure inventory is accurately tracked and ordered as needed.,Prepare cost-effective and delicious meals that meet customer expectations.,Troubleshoot and resolve kitchen issues promptly.,Comply with all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Lead Cook or similar role.,Proven experience in managing kitchen staff and operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Valid food handler's certificate.
