📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and nurses.,Promote and sell pharmaceutical products through various channels, such as face-to-face meetings, presentations, and promotional activities.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.,Provide product information and education to healthcare professionals to enhance their understanding and knowledge of our products.,Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends to support decision-making and strategic planning.,Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and build relationships with key stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to sales and marketing activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, medicine, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or medical representation, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with healthcare professionals.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting or exceeding performance expectations.,Familiarity with sales and marketing software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to healthcare facilities and other locations.
