PT Putra Maju is looking for a dedicated Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the sales team in achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, and ensuring a seamless sales process. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in identifying and qualifying potential customers.,Conduct market research to gather information on customer needs and preferences.,Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.,Follow up with customers to ensure timely responses and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.,Assist in negotiating contracts and closing sales deals.,Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance customer loyalty.,Stay updated with industry trends and market changes to improve sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
