📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and develop a team of staff to ensure high standards of customer service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage inventory and budget to optimize profitability.,Ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the restaurant.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Understanding of marketing and sales strategies.
