📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the data migration process from legacy systems to new core banking solutions.,Develop and implement data migration strategies and plans.,Monitor and report on the progress of data migration activities.,Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the migration process.,Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve data migration issues.,Conduct data validation and testing to ensure the accuracy and completeness of migrated data.,Provide training and guidance to team members on data migration best practices.,Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in data migration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in data migration and integration.,Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and database management.,Experience with core banking systems and data migration tools is a plus.,Proficient in SQL and scripting languages such as Python or Java.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
