You will work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders to negotiate contracts and ensure cost efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.,Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency and quality standards.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams to facilitate smooth procurement activities.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Analyze procurement data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.,Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure procurement activities align with business objectives.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Provide regular reports on procurement activities and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using procurement software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
