📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Identify opportunities for store improvement and implement necessary changes.,Manage store budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing store operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
