📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and analyze structural systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with local and international codes and standards.,Oversee construction activities to ensure that structural designs are implemented correctly and efficiently.,Conduct site inspections and audits to verify the structural integrity of completed projects.,Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation for projects, including calculations, drawings, and specifications.,Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in structural engineering.,Mentor and guide junior engineers and interns to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Participate in project bidding and proposal development to secure new business opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field with a focus on structural engineering.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity.,Proficiency in using structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.,Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations in Indonesia and internationally.,Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid professional engineer license in Indonesia is a plus.
