📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.,Work closely with the regional manager to achieve company-wide goals and targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of marketing and sales strategies.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.
