📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement project plans for infrastructure developments, ensuring alignment with regional development goals.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to inform project decisions.
• Coordinate with government agencies, private investors, and engineering teams to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and mitigate risks to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Leverage project management tools like Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in infrastructure projects.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to stakeholders, including government officials, investors, and community leaders.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in capital projects consulting, with a strong track record in infrastructure development.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar is a plus.
• Strong understanding of regional infrastructure needs and development goals in Bangka Belitung.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
