📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development of new product designs, ensuring they meet quality and market standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
• Monitor production schedules and quality control processes to ensure on-time delivery.
• Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure product specifications are met.
• Assist in the development and implementation of production plans and schedules.
• Provide support in managing inventory and procurement processes.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in merchandising, production, or a related field.
• Familiarity with garment manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willingness to travel within Central Java for business purposes.
