As a Kitchen and Service Associate at Bubba Pizza, you'll be at the heart of our operations, preparing a variety of dishes, and ensuring our customers receive the highest quality service. You'll work closely with our team to maintain a clean and efficient kitchen, while also providing excellent customer service at the front of the house. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including pizza, pasta, and other menu items, using our standard operating procedures and recipes.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring all equipment is in good working order and all food is stored properly.
• Assist customers with orders, take payments, and provide excellent customer service.
• Work efficiently and accurately to meet customer demands and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene practices.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive dining experience for all customers.
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining the restaurant, including tables, floors, and other common areas.
• Stay up-to-date with menu items and specials, and be prepared to learn new recipes and techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast food or restaurant environment, preferably in a kitchen or customer service role.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and equipment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
• Basic knowledge of English is a plus.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
