Tigadaun Kapuas is seeking a dedicated Civil Infrastructure Assistant to join our team in Kalimantan Selatan. This role is pivotal in supporting the development and maintenance of civil infrastructure within our palm oil plantations, ensuring operational efficiency and sustainability. As a Civil Infrastructure Assistant, you will play a crucial role in planning, implementing, and maintaining infrastructure projects, including roads, drainage systems, and other essential facilities. In this role, you will work closely with the Civil Engineering team to design, supervise, and manage infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities comply with safety standards and regulations. Additionally, you will conduct regular inspections to maintain the integrity of the infrastructure, addressing any issues promptly to prevent disruptions in operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the planning and implementation of civil infrastructure projects, including roads, drainage systems, and other essential facilities.
• Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain the integrity of infrastructure and address any issues promptly.
• Coordinate with the Civil Engineering team to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Assist in the preparation of project reports and documentation.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions to promote a safe working environment.
• Support the maintenance and upkeep of existing infrastructure to ensure long-term sustainability.
• Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment for infrastructure projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil infrastructure projects, preferably in the palm oil industry.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and other relevant software tools.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
