As a Medical Lab Technologist at MCi Career Services, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of laboratory tests, from blood tests to urine analyses, using state-of-the-art equipment such as automated analyzers and microscopes. You will also be involved in maintaining and calibrating these instruments, ensuring their optimal performance. With a team of experienced colleagues, you will work closely with doctors and nurses to provide comprehensive diagnostic services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform a variety of laboratory tests including blood tests, urine analyses, and other diagnostic procedures.
• Use advanced laboratory equipment such as automated analyzers, microscopes, and centrifuges.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments to ensure accurate and reliable results.
• Record and interpret test results, providing detailed reports to healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare providers to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Follow strict protocols and quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of accuracy.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of new laboratory technicians.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in medical laboratory technology and practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
• Certification from a recognized medical laboratory certification board, such as the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or the National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Sciences (NAACLS).
• Proficiency in using laboratory software such as LabSoft, Epic, or Cerner.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
• Fluency in English, with basic knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia.
