📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement assessment strategies that align with national and international educational standards.
• Collaborate with schools, universities, and educational institutions to integrate our learning solutions into their curricula.
• Provide training and support to educators on the effective use of our assessment tools and methodologies.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the Indonesian education market.
• Manage and mentor a team of assessment specialists to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in language assessment and education.
• Represent Cambridge Assessment English at educational conferences and events to promote our solutions and build strategic partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards in language assessment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and assessment, preferably in an educational or corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of educational assessment tools and methodologies, such as IELTS, CELTA, and DELTA.
• Proven track record of successful project management and team leadership.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Familiarity with the Indonesian education system and local educational standards.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
