🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT asset management, preferably in a financial services environment.
• Certification in ITIL or equivalent is a plus.
• Proficient in using ServiceNow for IT asset management.
• Strong knowledge of hardware and software inventory management.
