📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and bake a variety of bread and pastries daily, ensuring freshness and quality.
• Follow recipes and baking procedures to maintain consistency and taste.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the baking area.
• Work with the team to ensure timely production and delivery of baked goods.
• Participate in inventory management and restocking of ingredients.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with the team to improve baking processes and recipes.
• Ensure all baked goods meet quality standards before serving.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a baker or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Experience with sourdough and other traditional baking methods is a plus.
• Good communication skills and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency in taste and texture.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as required.
